Once you apply, we start with a personal 1-on-1 call to get to know you and your goals. We walk with you through every step of the journey, from planning your arrival to preparing you for your specific mission. Our goal is to ensure you make a real, respectful contribution to our community.

Over the past decade, I have worked closely with rural and coastal ecosystems, identifying opportunities where development, tourism, and local enterprise intersect. My focus has been on building refined, sustainable models that unlock value while preserving authenticity. Through curated tourism experiences and hosting volunteer-driven initiatives, I aim to create meaningful engagement—where visitors contribute to local communities while experiencing their culture firsthand. I believe tourism, when thoughtfully designed, can elevate communities—creating dignified livelihoods and long-term impact rooted in place.
I can sum up my life in seven turning points. One of the most defining turns was choosing to volunteer for a year across India and abroad. That journey didn't just change my location; it gave my story a meaning. Now, I’ve come full circle to Palghar where my first volunteering trip began in February 2025 to build “The Positive Turn”.
